# Acted-up Right Lower Back...-
Ok, folks. Basically today's my first day, well officially, picking up my friends, which all live in different areas. Suching lives near Bandar, which is sort of like a blessing to me. 'Cuz it's the closest to Gadong. The worst thing about the whole picking-up my friends thing was missing the route or junctions leading to the last person on my pick-up list, that's my 'laobu', QJie. Chen's house's of moderate distance, but it still took sometime for me to reach his house.
Well, this whole go-to-watch-Superman-outing wasn't all planned out actually. It was sort of a spontaneous thing that I thought of 'cuz I wanna watch Superman Returns. Then, I asked Siong earlier at school, then he checked the screening time of Cineplex and text-ed me the schedule for Superman Returns. Then I asked Chen, QJie, whom I asked to ask Suching out. I also asked Siong to ask CR out. I received calls from Chen and QJie, turned out I gotta pick them up, which was fine for me, 'cuz there ain't got any choice.
So, I went to Fitness Zone early today to do my cardio workout, and I knew I wouldn't have the time to do my weight training 'cuz I made a mental note if we were going to make it back to Gadong, I would've to finish my cardio early and left earlier, which was best to be 5 o'clock. Then I sort of like talked to a friend at gym and the time just flew by without my notice. I rushed to the changing room and had a quick bath. By the time I checked out the gym, I think it was about 5.30-ish.
I bought two breads on my way to my car, and I kept getting calls from my friends asking me where was I while driving. I drove to Suching's place, but I missed the junction at first. 'Cuz I can't really see the Vitasoy commercial that I used to see. I made a U-turn then I saw the flat with the huge Vitasoy commercial, which she mentioned it's where her house lies within. I picked her up and I borrowed $10 from her just to fill the gas, as I reckoned I wouldn't really make it to Chen's house with my initial volume of gas. So, I refilled the gas and off we went to Madang, Chen's domain.
It was really a long road as you can see. As I saw a roundabout, I made a left turn into Berakas which he told me to follow. Then we arrived at another roundabout shortly after the previous roundabout I mentioned, then I entered the route leading to Berakas. After a while, I arrived at his house, and it was a bit hilarious and strange to see him squating at his gate waiting for me.
Next stop, QJie, the toughest of all. Since Suching has always been blur, we have to rely on her guidance on the phone. Basically, it was just me not paying attention 'cuz I missed a total of 3 juntions leading to Jerudong. It took me 15 minutes to find make my way back to the correct route and a total of 20 minutes to reach her house, I guess. I was just approximating. We stopped at her house for a while and played with her dog and the Ab-king Pro for a while. When Chen received Siong's message saying that he has reached the Mall. We decided to leave the house and took off to the Mall.
We reached the Mall and picked up Siong and went to Kiulap to eat our dinner at Gripps Cafe. CR waited for us there. After that, we went back to the Mall to catch Superman Returns. Then due to the sudden sleepiness of some of our party members, we decided that maybe we should watch the movie on a weekday, the main factor is that it's cheaper than an weekend evening show. Then we wandered around the Mall thinking where to go. CR, Siong and I went into Best Eastern and browsed through the magazines and books. When we came out, we realised Chen, QJie and Suching were nowhere to be found. Siong text-ed Chen and asked about their whereabouts, and he received a message that reads like this:
"We're near you, somewhere that ends with an 'E'"
And that message got the three of us thinking about all the names of the store on the ground floor of the Mall. We even looked up on the directory. Siong blurted out 'Dome?' with doubt, then we were like this -_-|||. We should've thought of that, 'cuz we were just blindly thinking about the stores in the Mall and neglected the cafe outside. We joined them, chatted a bit, CR left at around ten as we told him we were gonna leave around that time. After CR has left, Hou came 'cuz he wanted to have ride home. He straightened his hair again at Agogo Too Salon, which made him looked better.
We paid the bill, left the cafe and went to my car. First one to drop off was Suching, followed by Chen, Laobu, Siong and finally Hou. I drove all the way home alone. That's the end of the story. Hehe...
